Renovation and rebuild

With a wealth of construction trades ranging from heritage skills to new build, we’re well placed to offer cost-effective renovation and rebuild services, characterised by first class workmanship and years of experience.

We work with housing associations and local authorities around the country to build resilient, vibrant communities through the provision of well maintained, secure homes.

We are currently working with Liverpool City Council to refurbish an entire row of derelict houses on Tunstall Street, to enable local residents to move back in and reclaim their community. The key site – part of a former Pathfinder area – sits adjacent to both the city’s innovative ‘£1 houses’, and the new Archbishop Blanch school, and is a significant piece in the city’s housing jigsaw.

Close by our Webster Triangle site, we are working alongside Liverpool Mutual Homes to build 30 new homes for affordable rent in South Liverpool, as part of LMH’s plans to build more than 350 new homes per year across the city. The two-bedroom homes will include a mixture of terraced, detached and semi-detached homes to give each site a different look. Each home will feature high-quality fixtures and fittings, including Magnet kitchens and Porcelanosa tiles in the bathrooms, as well as access to private open space.
