From the start, we’ve always prided ourselves on to maximising the potential for creating skilled employment opportunities. We have offered in excess of 200 apprenticeships to date across the Group, many of whom have seen their careers flourish within the Flanagan Group.

We have created many apprenticeship places across a range of trades, including plumbers, plasterers, joiners, and administration roles. Each apprentice undertakes on-the-job training, as well as completing qualifications to NVQ level three via day release. Depending on the trade or vocation type, our apprenticeships last between one and three years, and are mentored by a senior member of staff in a full time role.

The apprentice receives additional soft skills training to equip them with the skills needed to embark on a successful career. Although we’re not taking any more apprentices on at the moment, please feel free to check in with us in the future to see if any roles have become vacant.
