Lynden Davis takes over at The Sir Thomas Hotel.
Lynden has a proven track record in the Hotel & Leisure sector, having acquired excellent Customer Service skills from working with some major brands, such as Mercure Hotels and Village Hotels where he was singled out by Robert Cooke CEO, as a fast dynamic Upcoming Management Star. He was a winner of the Choice Health Club Award 2013, Bronze Award, Premium Club in the North West, a prestigious customer service award voted for by the members
I am a very hands on Manager and I believe in leading by example and setting the standards for the rest to follow. I have an obsessive attention to detail which is channelled into getting the very best out of my staff. I am also aware that a net promoter score can make or break you as a business and it is vitally important that guests have a memorable experience and keep coming back for more. Wherever I have worked, I have made an almost instant impact on Operational Brand Standards and Profit Margins.
Personally I am a very driven individual who creates a positive environment to work in and at the same time delivers results. I am both proud and excited to be the General Manager at The Sir Thomas Hotel, Liverpool and I want us to be known as one of the best venues in the area for accommodation, food & beverage.
